well this is exactly what happened,
tuesday I did chest and back, and I noticed that pretty much halfway into the workout I felt kinda sick like I was kinda throw up, but I paid no attention, and still went on training, and I did some light cardio to cool down and I felt fine. But then when I got home I noticed that my body temp dropped, and those symptoms I listed appeared. This was around 9 pm. But as the night went on, after drinking shit loads of tea, eating lots of healthy food, I felt everything passing. I woke up the next day (wed) and felt perfectly fine. In fact, I felt great, so I figured I’m gonna train shoulders today. So bla bla, I trained, everything was fine. BUT THEN, I got home and I had the same damn symptoms. I started getting cold, wasn’t really hungry, slight pain in the testicles when I pissed. Now I woke up today and I’m feeling “okay” but I definitely feel like there is a bug passing through me or I’ve overtrained. So I’m taking the day completely off. You guys really think I should go to the doctor about the pain in the nuts? I just pissed and felt no pain. Lol. what a nice topic.[/quote]
I wonder how you can even question NOT going to the doctor when you have pain in your nuts. Do you have insurance?
My nuts hurt some days when I had back pain. I had that shit checked up ASAP. Turned out I have some really mild form of hernia. Nothing that needed to be treated but definitely something I needed to be aware of.
