I think I got it!

Correct me if I’m wrong, the reason you cant build muscle on a ketogenic diet is the lack of insulin response. Insulin is needed to transport nutrients into the muscle? right?, so if this is the case, what carbs are best for insulin response and what time of day is best to get the response? what about off training days?

You can build muscle on a Keto diet. Just more difficult w/o carbs.
