I’m at the 17th day of a 3 week cycle of Androsol. This morning I stretch the triceps’s tendon. I already gain 12lbs. What can I do to don’t lose my weight? 1-Don’t stop the Androsol and train just leg and a little others part that I can. 2- Start Tribex-500 now and train just leg and a little others part that I can. For the moment I put Ice 10minutes every 2 hours.

keep going with your supplement program and train your legs and whatever other parts you can. this will help you not to lose weight. keep icing and carefully moving the triceps. depending on how bad it is hurt, you should be able to train with light weights pretty soon. just be sure to work your legs really hard. good luck.
Today I tried to do shoulder with Medium grip Presses In front neck. At the 9st rep I felt a pain at my tricep’s tendon. Really bad. Now I don’t do any Upper body part before 1 week
You could stop now, there will always be time for more cycles if you can’t work through the pain or around the injury.
