Reading this site generally makes me pissed off. My total right now is 1500s with briefs and a single ply shirt. This is not amazing by any means. When I started training three years ago, T-Nation helped me get a basic understanding of a lot of ideas, and for that I’m thankful.
I just can’t take the forums. (Check out the front squat thread and you’ll see what I mean.)
I’ll still answer PMs, if anyone would like to ask questions. I just don’t have time to combat the accusations thrown at me whenever I disagree with someone on these forums.
A lot of you guys are very strong and I wish the best to you. Good luck.
Without meaning to put a dent in your going away party all I saw on that thread was you coming in, insulting another poster, implying they don’t know what they are talking about because you have never heard of them then getting all upset when they don’t instantly agree with you???
It’s an internet forum, people will disagree with you. People on that thread were putting forward well thought out arguments as to why Westside can be misinterpreted and misused by beginners. I’m not really seeing the issue you have to be honest.
