I Need Help Please - First Cycle


Whats up fellas? i have been researching for months trying to get the right cycle that fits me.But after going through endless blogs and different internet site i thought i should ask all of you guys so it can be more for my specific needs. So first of all my stats.

Age 21
height 5'11
weight 196
bf 25%

I know im only 21 and blah blah blah i shouldn't or im not ready to take steroids but lets face it fellas im going to start a cycle soon. I been lifting on and of since i was 17 but for the last year i have been more serious and i wanna take my first cycle. I tend to change my workout routine every few months but the last 2 months i have been working out 2 days on one day off.
with 30 minutes of cardio every other day. and my diet is as follows.

meal 1 10g whey protein
1c blueberries

meal 2 3 egg whites

meal 3 10g whey protein


meal 4 40g whey protein
32oz Gatorade

meal 5 1 can tuna
1tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 cup blueberries

meal 6 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup slice pineapple
6 whole wheat crackers

meal 7 9oz chicken
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup broccoli
2 cups mixed green salad
2 tbsp olive oil

meal 8 20g casein protein
1oz almonds

so thats about it. the cycle im looking to try should be 8 to 12 weeks no longer and my overall
goal is to loose weight and get bigger. i don't want to get big like water retention or bloated
i want a lean big. anyways if you guys could help with a cycle that would be great. let me know dosage and for how long and all that good stuff.

I would do something with the BF before starting anything, proper diet for example.


25% BF is a joke, you haven't demonstrated enough willpower to leave the cream cakes alone, what makes you think you will benefit from drugs? Stop looking for shortcuts and work hard, come back when you're 10-12%.
