I'm 6'0" 170. I'm looking for a workout plan that will kick my ass. I want to develop strength and a little bit of size, but mostly increase in fast twitch muscles - all throughout my body.
I'm free to workout any day, just need a routine. I have the food situation covered, I know alot about that - just need some assistance in other areas - that literature cant exactly give me.
Anything would help. Thank you.
