I Need a New Workout


I'm looking for a new workout. I've tried most of Chad Waterbury's routines. Recently (last month or so), I've done my own total body routine, 3 days a week. Before that, I was doing a bodypart split 4 days per week, each bodypart 1x/day.

214 lbs
been working out a few years
I've been finding it hard in the last week or so to give it my all with the total body routine I had been doing.

Any thoughts??
