I began Joe Defranco’s built like a badass program two weeks ago. The first week went well and i got all my workouts in (3 per week). This past week i only got one workout in because it was thanksgiving break at my school and they closed the gym. Week 3 is different than Week 2 in this program, my question is should i go onto week 3 or repeat week 2 because i missed two of the three workouts?

stick to the plan man, you did one workout of week 2… your next workout should be workout #2 of week two… How is the program going what do you think about it and what are you lifting stats or history
I just finished week 1. I was out sick the entire week before with the dreaded flu and even though I didn’t miss any workouts this week, I didn’t finish the first two from still not being 100%. I’m calling it a break in week and repeating this week next.
There is a definite progression to the program and I would repeat the week if I were in your situation also. Id rather repeat a workout than miss one. I’m ramping up and choosing weights to push myself every time anyway so this seems like the best approach to me. Hope that helps.
