I Just Wanna Be Big

squat- 185x5, 225x2, 245x1, 155x15
leg curl- 110x11,12,9 90x16 (im thinking once i start doing deads, my leg curls are gonna get a lot better)
leg ext- 130x12,16,15
leg press- 290x12, 400x10, 290x20

thought some back work would be good since this is the last training day before i go to london
wide lat pulldown- 150x12, 170x8
neutral grip rows- 120x10,10

seated calf raise- 115x12,15
standing calf raise- 90x12,12
decline situps- 45db x8, 45platex10

my shoulders definatly need a break, i picked up a 5lb db and tried to do a rotator cuff rotation with it, but i could barely get it up and it hurt like hell, i guess the one good thing that this trip is gonna do for my training is give my shoulders a rest.

oh and by the way, i got my first nose bleed while lifting during a set of leg presses hah, although i think its kind of sad that it happened with this low of weight…
