I lwt MW give u a little background on me. I am 31 and weight 301 at 6’ 3". I have not lifted weights or really worked out since I was in military school. My bmi is 37%, yes I know I’m fat. But I recently went to my Dr and got a full physical and found out that I have the testosterone levels of a 70 yo male. I have osteopina, a microadanoma in my pituitary glad (tumor). I am told that I have an extremely high level of dhea and no I don’t take a sup for that.
I am on vyvance for my ADHD, which is a stimulant. I am waiting on an appointment with a neurologist and essentially an appointment with an endocrinologist. My question is, is there any prw workouts that I can take that are stimulant free and will not mess with my hormones? I was told by my Dr that he did not want to do therapy until I have meet with the last 2 mentioned drs as he wants a base line of how bad they are. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
