I Have 8-9 Months to Get Faster

All successful sprinters have a fairly strong build. So if you increase your overall strength, and especially leg strength you will become much faster.

K its been what 2 months now i have really really neglected my training i have gotten no where and it is all my fault. I was stupid and i was not consistant but i am going to try again now and i am going to try even harder. I havent gained any weight but i did gain some fat on my stomach (by sight) does that make any sense? how could i keep my weight stable but gain belly fat.

I guess i sort of only want to gain muscle and dont fat i dont know what to do can i please have some help i think i might even be going into some kind of disorder for eating because now whenever i eat anything heavy i am always saying and thinking that it was bad and i am bad for eating it and i always say jokingly that i should throw up the food to friends but some times i seriously am thinking it…any help

You can’t eat all that food and neglect your training and expect to gain anything but fat. You know what the problem is, now go fix it.

Oh i see its a book okay well its about 30 dollars so over the weekend or on friday i am going to try to get it, and starting tomorrow i am going to start to count my calories as much as i can. Does anybody have any tips on where to find calories for foods that arent fast food the only place i saw is calorieking.com
