your referring to Katsumi Kitamura. during the first two minutes of the video is how he looked like before doing his crazy diet. and at 2:50 is his transformation. From what i remember he had zero carbs in his diet and he died shortly after taking this video transformation.

I remember that. Tragic.
I don’t think it was what he ate specifically that killed him. He was also using insulin (on a zero carb diet sounds crazy), as well as diuretics.

Of course the public thought it was roidz that did him in.

i had chilli with a can of tuna thrown on top…am i teh hardcore?

Nice that is priceless, do they duct tape your hands like you do a dog to prevent it from digging?

Almost everyday of the week I have canned tuna or chicken in my shakes in the morning.

Canned meat works especially well due to usually being of equal consistency all over.

Cooked, chopped, frozen chicken works okay. I’ve been considering trying beef, but I’m concerned the fat and stronger flavor would be nigh impossible to mask with the fruits, fruit juices, and coco milk that i use now to mask the meaty flavor of my shakes.

Texture just takes some getting used to.
