Ok so I guess I'll make a log. I'm only doing my lifts based on this week, ad ill continue till my USAPL meet in July.
6/8/09: DE deadlift day
i always do deadlifts on monday cuz I am currently getting ready for a SLP deadlift/benchpress meet, i am only deadlifting and am on track to breack the national record for the TEEN-1 (16-17) 220 class. I forgot my camera so i couldnt get any footbage

I ended the session with 2 sets of 405x3. i put straps on cuz my grip was shot. i ususally do goodmornings, but i have a shooting pain in my neck and doing them makes my tongue go numb.
did some small accessory work afterwords for my traps. On deadlift days I drink a BANG!, its liquid weight lifting magic
