You may want to re-think the AD, because the carb load is so low most days, it throws lots of healthy calorie dense foods out the window.

Maybe you should just do a healthy bulk with a high carb load for the next few weeks if the AD doesn’t cut it for you. Some people do better with carbs than others, because carbs digest easier, they can eat more, because they don’t feel sick from eating the healthy fats. As long as you are hitting the gym hard, you shouldn’t worry about gaining too much bodyfat.

Personally, I think it takes three months or longer to go from a fully carb burning metabolism to a fully fat burning metabolism.
