If you do curls on them they increase your core muscles!!!
I kid I kid, but seriously I found a use…my gym at BU has both large and small bosus. I needed to do some board presses today and I couldn’t find anything to use, so I just put the flat part of a small bosu on my chest and stomach and used that. I’m very proud of myself.
Make a board yourself? Eventually you’ll piss off some metrosexual trainer who needs it to have his clients do 1 legged quarter squats combined with curls.
I work at a gym and see them used all the time, what I use them for is to pounce medicine balls off with the round side up, that keeps me entertained for maybe 5 minutes.
