I finally stopped my bitching (no shit you say) and joined a gym to start lifting again. It’s been over a year since I trained and now I am looking forward to getting back in shape. Any sample workouts to regain strength, esp. upper body?

You came to the right place. Read through all of the previous issues and you will know more than anybody else in that gym. Including all the personal trainers. Check out the 12 week programs by Ian King (12 weeks to Super Strength, and the Limping into …). There are too many others to list. Do some reading dude, and good luck.
