I Don't Know If It's The Diet?

I don’t know if it’s my new eating habits (every few hours and only the good stuff) or what…

But I just weighed myself today (I way every monday and record that as my weekly weight) and I dropped 5lbs from last week. I was 189lbs and now i’m down to 184lbs.

14 lbs more and i’ll be happy, then I can start packing on some lean muscle mass.

Congrats. Did you change your routine? If not then it’s gotta be the diet.

No, I didn’t change anything but the way i’ve been eating. I’m sure a couple pounds are just some difference in water weight, but still, 5 pounds! :slight_smile:
