I Did My First Pulse Fast Yesterday

i did my first pulse fast yesterday using MAG-10 only and taking HOT-ROX. i did not use GPC or Power Drive. throughout the day i drank 8 scoops of MAG-10 spaced 1.5-2.5 hours apart depending on how i was feeling. i did feel a little foggy and sleepy but not much.

i weighed myself this morning and i honestly did not lose any weight? i think i might have gained a pound or two, i use an analog scale. i do feel and look a little bit leaner though and my muscles feel a little more pumped. could it be possible that i gained a little bit of muscle and lost bodyfat at the same time? throughout the day i was feeling a little bit hot. im about to eat solid food again in a little bit and workout today, i wanna see what thats like. i plan on doing two a week(sunday and thursday) for about 6-7 weeks.

It’s one fast…it’s not a miracle worker. There are people who do fasting every day (Intermittent Fasting) and see slow and steady progress over a month or so.
