Kidding aside, I was in your shoes. I thought that I needed an AI to keep my Estradiol in “proper range”.

Oh my god my tits. I guess people don’t realize that men who convert to woman have low free t in the 1-5 range, estrogen well above 150, and very little DHT. They probably add other shut like progesterone and whatever other estrogens woman need.

I’ll leave this here for the original poster because he implied that non doctors are saying don’t block estrogen. Yet we get all of our guidance from actual doctors. My doctor is at tier1.

I did this for a long time because I was scared of gyno. Had I not crashed my estrogen twice I would still be doing it. When I stopped taking anastrozole I eventually felt TRT on a whole other level. I felt like I was legitimately on testosterone and felt better than ever before. I hope one day you try it (it takes about 2 months after you stop) and you’ll understand why some here speak so passionately about not using AI’s.

Literally the entire forum used AI’s until 2ish years ago when that changed and people started making remarkable improvements and other people saw those people and followed suit and also improved. If it didn’t work the whole forum wouldn’t have changed. So we know what outcome you get from controlling estrogen. You didn’t come here with a new point of view. You came here espousing the old one that has been debunked not only by real world trial but by scientific evidence.

The internet isn’t my knowledge base, reading medical literature both on the internet and reading through physical copies of studies/medical textbooks, talking to doctors etc is where I tend to acquire my knowledge from. We can agree to disagree, making cheap insults is no way to make friends
