So I came up with the idea for this thread, then saw infiniteshore had created the bodybuilding equivalent over in their forum.
What is holding you back, and what are you going to do about it?
I could be a lot stronger if I: - Could keep tight on bench without getting serious cramping in my back.
Did more recovery and prehab work to combat upper back pain from work

Haha. Yeah, I’m that. You don’t like my musket? I caught more shit for that thing down range than it was good for. Tried to give it away to an Afghan but he wouldn’t have it.
