I Could Be Stronger If I...

So I came up with the idea for this thread, then saw infiniteshore had created the bodybuilding equivalent over in their forum.
What is holding you back, and what are you going to do about it?

I could be a lot stronger if I: - Could keep tight on bench without getting serious cramping in my back.

  • Did more recovery and prehab work to combat upper back pain from work
  • Consistently kept an eye on my diet

-I lifted more weight

… I took tren.

Srs answer: I could be a lot stronger if I consistently slept well for eight hours a night.

If I wasn’t addicted to caffeine

I liked eating chicken

…if I could fast forward because I already know my plan is going to work.

Could eat more

if i could double my food budget.

i didnt have a job to worry about.

weight wasn’t so heavy

and I didn’t have to worry about running 2 miles in under 13 mins.

If I was bestest friends with Chuck Vogelpohl!!!

If I wasn’t studying abroad.

if I would stop fucking my back up
