I Can't Improve My Pull-Ups

All of the methods work. Just pick one. I’ve had great success with the ones I’ve tried (density training, Pavel’s method). Less talk, more rock.

I’ve found that doing negatives helps as well…just hop up to the top of the chin and do like a ten count negative before bouncin back up.

also weighted chins will do wonders…even if you can only get 2 or 3 reps with a 25-45lb plate/dumb hangin from your waist.

when i started really focusing on chins, i could barely get 3 reps…where as now i’m up to 4 sets of 15…not too shabby for someone 6’5" 265lbs

Maybe a couple weeks of EDT negatives?

Get a chair, step up, let yourself down, repeat… If I had to do that for 20 minutes… Especially if I was competeing against someone. Goodbye lunch, breakfast, anything else I’ve ever eaten.
