I can't find the article - help

I am looking for a past article (yes I looked through all of the past issues) about slightly different ways of performing certain lifts. The article talked about doing dumbell side lateral raises with your body on an angle to basically load the muscle at a different part of the range of motion. I believe there was even a picture sshowing how to do this. Can anybody point me to the past article. Thanks
