im about to start this program, and i was just wondering exactly how long do you spend on one phase before moving onto the next?

2 to 4 weeks.


1-2 weeks. 4 weeks is insane, you will not have any shoulder joints left.

Depending upon your progress, and the areas of weaknesses you need to work on, each phase can last between 2 and 4 weeks. But it’s totally up to you when to move on to the next phase.

Spending 1 week on any of the phases other than phase 5 wouldn’t be beneficial. Joints will be fine provided you have no pre existing injuries. On two of the three specialty days you work with sub maximal weights.

Print & practice are two different things, but if you can handle 4 weeks, more power to ya.
