Just curious, has anyone completed this? I know there are logs, but who wants to sift thru them.Looks like a solid routine ( personally think it's more strength oriented than size). Would like to see some before and afters. Comments
I used this as my starting block to get stronger. It def works and does put size on as well. Get your diet in check peri workout supps and your good to go. I have done the ibodybuilder twice with great results. I went from benching 200-225 as a max to 275 the first time through to 290 this last time through. Well worth it Invest the 12-15 weeks and it will pay dividends.
