Are we supposed to do all A,B and C workouts? They changed up the site a bit and I can’t find the part that mentions it.

still watching them, I’m going to the gym to figure out my 1 rep max, which is why I’m trying to figure out if I am supposed to do them all. I thought I read, pick a few, but it wasn’t clear

Yes I did, and still watching, I just thought I read that you do a few of the exercises, not all, but they changed the site up a bit on Friday so I’m not sure.

A1, A2, A3, etc are all performed as a superset. Minimal rest between. A1 and A2 and A3, etc. Rest abour 90 seconds after the first cluster, then repeaat for set 2. After all your sets on A, move to B.

Rinse and repeat.

It really is all explained very well.
