I Bodybuilder, Deloading Help

hi guys im going threw the I Bodybuilder program 4 weeks per body part specialization and i was going to de load every 3rd week of the 4 week bodypart block by doing 1 or 2 sets less per workout and using fat gripz to make sure i lift lighter but are still challenged and also increasing my protein intake per meal per day during this week do this seem like the best way to do it ? any help would be great thanks
