This is awesome, man. Very similar to how I trained throughout most of my 20s. I’ve dropped a lot of the barbell stuff in favor of basic calisthenics, kbs, and dumbbells in my “old age” lol. Pushing the barbell lifts just started taking more than it was giving, unfortunately.
One of my goals this year is to focus more on conditioning, and I’ve been watching your log, as well as @antiquity, and of course @T3hPwnisher for motivation. Definitely going to check out Grizz Phys and see what I can learn.
This is probably the most consistent I’ve been with nutrition. Consistently hitting my macros and micros, and focusing on nutrition timing around workouts. Feel like a dumbass for not doing this earlier haha

Bent over row 3x4, 110kg (back was smoked, was meant to be 5 sets. Might do this first next week to warm up for dead’s maybe)
