Well I had a pretty awesome foot chase today where I ran down a teen over about 100m and he had a decent lead on me. He’d already wrong-footed a traffic officer but he hasn’t counted on me haha. I’d say the running form was pretty spot on haha

I gotta say, that 5 minutes of constant sled pushing did feel like a loooooong ass time. Really good strength training for my calves and Achilles
