So this is my 5th year of training. And im slowly growing, but as you all know its starting to slow down. I’m 23 just finished up my rugby season. And even before rugby i’ve been having trouble putting on weight.
I’m about 210 sometimes a little less depending on water, and i literally eat what ever i want. And i eat alot. I eat several times a day and throw in some mass shakes. I don’t log my food or anything. Maybe i should, i work out about 5-6 days a week and go by how my body feels, some days heavy some days just for a pump. Just wanted some input on some different ideas on how to put on size. I dont really want to cut back on my training days.
