My name is Dimon. In 2011 and 2012 I used the. I-bodybuilder and 6 weeks to super hero programs to get in the best shape of my life. I was 36, a paratrooper and living the dream. In 2013 I was diagnosed with renal tubular acidosis type 4. I lost all motivation and really struggled. Now I am 42 and trying to get back to a place that resembles where I was. I am 5 ft 7in tall and weigh 265. I know I probably won’t ever get back to where I once was but, I feel like I can make some serious improvements.
My diet is good. I eat clean and avoid sugar. I am in law school so sitting is an issue. I have been exercising 4 to 5 days a week for the past couple months. I am curious to know if you have any training programs for a guy trying to get back into it? Should I go back to I-bodybuilder? What are some recommendations for proper supplementation?
