I was recently diagnosed with a goiter. Over the last year my TSH and T4 have been solidly in the middle of the normal range. However, I have had my free T3 level checked and it came back low twice. My doc seems unconcerned, but I have a lot of the symptoms of hypothyroidism. An internet search didn’t offer me much help. Is anyone else out there inthe same boat. By the way I haven’t been fasting or anything else that would lead to a low T3 conversion rate.
My wife has Hypothyroid and hoshymotos. Don’t make the same mistake she did for years by not seeing a specailist. GO SEE A ENDROCRONOLOGIST NOW.
Go to an ENDOCRINOLOGIST immediately and leave that GP doctor alone.
