Was looking for a way to get around shoulder and elbow issues while trying to achieve hypertrophy as a 1B. I’ve been training for over 20 years and don’t respond to high volume bodybuilding methods well. When I train chest/shoulders/triceps heavy I tend to respond for a short period of time until the nagging injuries shut me down; can still go heavy for legs and back.
