i thought of incorporating the hypertr.boosters by Chad.
i read that after some weeks you should change your movement pattern and continue with the stuff.
My question to those of you who have tried/are doin it:
How long is it possible to do the boosters?
Nothing works forever,even if you change the exercises from time to time-whats up with a change in the set rep scheme for the boosters?
I havenÂ´t read sth related to this topic.And my idea was to start with arms and after some time doin a bit shoulders additionaly and so on.What is to do when i stagnate with the boosters-deload?
