I’ve just got a second hand ab/back weight loaded bench for doing seated ab and back extentions. Just wondering if I should keep my powerline hyper-extention bench?, In someway does it work different muscles in the lower back?

I’d still keep it. Its a different excercise. And will help add variety.

Seated back extensions will do nothing for your glutes and hams - keep the hyperextension bench.
