DOes it really get absorbed more quickly than regular whey? What do you guys think of it as a post workout drink??

It definately does, not to mention it feels like drinking water, it doesn't sit like a rock in your stomach.
sorry if I sound behind the times. but do you guys notice any effects on your recovery time or soreness?
To be completely honest I don't notice much difference between regular whey and hydrolyzed but the biggest point for me is there is not a lot of price difference and the hydro lets me get real food into the system faster, which puts it over the top.
The hydro can be cheaper depending on the brand or the store. I use the MM at times when I lift and know that I can't get food in right away.
