Does anyone know if this stuff is bad for you? I see it in a lot of protein bars. I heard it’s made of animal parts.
gelatin is just boiled bones and cartilage. The hydrolyzed part I’m not sure. I’m sure there are bigger things to worry about health wise, but it is gross.
It’s worthless stuff, although a lot of companies include in the protein content for their bars even though it probably has a BV close to 0.
