been readin up on 10 x 3 for fat loss and 5 x 5 , was wonderin if u guys think a program that combines the two would be great for fat loss while building up a fair amount of hyper trophy , mabe one day using 10 x 3 and the other 5 x 5 or one week of 10 x 3 followed by a week of 5 x 5 , one of those two ?
