Hybrid Hypertrophy Question For CW

I’m currently using your hybrid hypertrophy and have two questions:

  1. What is the thought behind only having incline chest presses as the only direct chest work. I know dips succesfully hit the chest, but is 3 sets of presses enough for a week?

  2. What would be the pros and cons of substituting one arm snatches with power cleans on day 3?

I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

  1. The outline is sufficient as is, don’t change it.

  2. Keep the power cleans since you’ll get more carry-over to lower back, hamstring and glute development.
