I don’t know what you’re trying to do, but if you’re trying to gain mass, starving all day is not the way to do it.

I’m assuming you meant that you eat every 2 waking hours but your metabolism is so jacked up you’re still uber hungry?

yeah, and im trying to cut right now. But my metab is just yanking on my esophagus demanding more food.

just funny how your body will do anything not to loose fat

This always happens to me when I do heavy deads or squats first thing in the morning.
