Hurt Back- Leg Routine

I pulled my back and it is still healing. I wanted to know if anyone could suggest a leg routine i could use while my back is healing ( Cause i cant do barbell Squats =[ )

How about goblet squats?

If you really can’t put much force on your back, then you’d be stuck to machines I’m afraid.
