i am a hunter,and want to recognize it as a sport.i train JUST for hunting.i mainly do squats,leg press and bench press.leg press im at 700lbs,bench press im at 175,and squats im at 450.
what about ladder climbing , trigger pulling ,animal skinning , and carcass dragging ?
