lots of tricep work, and lots of benching, some curls and back work possibly

deadlift 485x1, back still beat up
glute ham raise 3 sets 8-10 with mini bands
45 hyper with blue band tied with crazy tension 3x12 reps
band abduction with light bandx 3sets to failure

1 hour later conditioning
15mins of continous sled dragging with 2 45 plates
full body dragging

3 pounds of bacon pudninowski style

did some conditioning on the sled today and active recovery for hamstrings, groin, quads
as well as reverse hyper for back recovery
