Hunger While Dieting

I sometimes feel hungry, and decide not to eat because I need to lose weight. I don’t know if this is right, since my body is telling me it needs food, but eating would ruin the point of a diet, right? Does the hunger mean my body will down regulate by reducing my metabolism and muscle? Or, is it something you just have to learn to work through? I’m not trying to crash diet for a weigh-in or something, just losing vanity pounds.

Also, HOT-ROX are very potent, making me feel warm, but how safe are they long term and stuff? I only want to lose weight for a month or two, then start working on muscle.

you need to research this kind of thing more. failing to plan is planning to fail.

read John Berardi’s articles.

Whaaaa? You mean ever? Are you starving yourself?

Not if you are starving yourself. I would be willing to bet you are eating half what you should be eating. What do you weigh, how tall are you, and how many calories a day do you eat?

Yes.

No.

Then why are you crash dieting?
