hi guys,

anyone could help me find some answers:

  1. doing bench with dumbbells using neutral grip (palm facing eachother), were it still an internal rotations?

  2. doing barbell rows with supinated grips, is it still an internal rotations?

  3. doing chin-ups?

lately i'm getting not so nice feeling in my shoulders.
