Haven’t gotten to W/O C yet. After each W/O I hop on the treadmill with a 20lb vest and walk at 3.5 for a mile increasing the incline .5 each minute. After next week I’ll up the speed a little to 3.6 or 3.7.
Also, thinking about doing 15-20 minutes of HIIT 1-2 times/week.
