Ok, im abt to start the “get big” for Huge in a Hurry and was wonderign what i meant:
Perform each workout four times? does it say workout 4 times a week or do 4 sets?
and if its four sets would it be ok to workout 4 times a week wit it?
mon tues thurs and friday workout
wedsnaday and weekend off.
reason is im startign weights class in school and its calls for a 2day workout break then 2 more day workout!
and what does it also mean for unloading part??
