Huge in a Hurry-Get Lean Workout Charts

I have the kindle edition of huge in a hurry by CW.... in chapter 14- get lean-- it states that there are charts for the workout...

Im not seeing these....

I read that you can do all the warm ups, 5 mins of jump rope, 5 minsof squat thrusts, and then the workout....

I got that right I think but no charts to simplify or see correct?

I'm looking on page 3091 on my kindle reader
