Lurking on this site for way too long. Gotta start logging up my workouts somewhere and I thought what better place than the T-site itself!

Just a lad from Singapore.

Deadlift: 110kg
Bench: 80kg x 2 reps (haven’t tested in a while)
Squat: 95kg x 2 reps
OH Press: 52.5kg (haven’t tested in a while)

Did shoulders and a lil back today.

Barbell Complex as a warmup
Stiff Leg Deads,Bent Over Rows,Overhead Press,Front Squats x 5

Behind The Neck Press
Empty bar x 5 reps
+2 x 5kg x 10 reps
+2 x 10kg x 6 reps x 5 sets

Dumbbell Row
20kg x 10 reps each side
30kg x 10 reps each side x 4 sets

Lateral Raises
7.5kg x 12 reps x 4 sets

Rear Lateral Raises
7.5kg x 12 reps x 4 sets

Went lighter and higher reps on the assistance work
