I have some questions about CT’s HSS100 program. For one,I am having trouble telling the difference between pre post iolation/compound. Does anyone know some pre/post isolation and compund movements for Quads, Hamstrings, and shoulders?
Also, if my delts are a weak point, do you guys recommend going ahead and doing Hss100 for shoulders as well on chest/shoulder day? And BTW, does anyone have a spreadsheet of this program? Thanks everyone.
