Back- Lat Pulldown or Straight Arm Pulldown
Hamstrings-Gironda Leg Curl or Regular
Chest-Cable Crossover or Dumbbell Fly
Triceps-Straight Bar Pushdown
Maybe I am wrong with my choices, but I feel like I am recovering a little faster and less sore than normally on a bodybuilding split.
