HSS-100, What Exercises?


just curious what exercises should I do for the 100 rep sets?


This is just what I have been doing the past week or so

Quads-Leg Extension
Back- Lat Pulldown or Straight Arm Pulldown
Hamstrings-Gironda Leg Curl or Regular
Chest-Cable Crossover or Dumbbell Fly
Triceps-Straight Bar Pushdown
Biceps-Cable Curl

Maybe I am wrong with my choices, but I feel like I am recovering a little faster and less sore than normally on a bodybuilding split.

You could also look at his superhero training program. Some parts of it are based on HSS-100 so you could see the specific excercises he recommends.
